Intellimed Properties, LLC is excited to become a part of the McClellan Community. We are proud to announce the creation of McClellan Park Medical Mall. Intellimed Properties will be working to develop a facility that will focus on the integration of technology and healthcare and will be offering space to other healthcare organizations with similar goals.
Intellimed Solutions, LLC will be the first occupant of McClellan Park. This company is a provider of medical business operations including billing and collections, medical record processing and storage, and software technology to enhance physician services. The first phase of development of the facility will encompass about 42,000 square feet. In addition to Intellimed Solutions, LLC, the inital tenants in phase one are: Northeast Alabama Surgical Associates
